Greatm8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the greatm8 platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the greatm8 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the greatm8 operator. Acceptance of the terms occurs automatically when you:

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. greatm8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the greatm8 platform:
- Registering more than one account for the purpose of abusing promotions or bonuses;
- Using automated software, bots, or unauthorised methods to manipulate games;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity through the platform;
- Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation;
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the greatm8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required, and the amount you enter at the time of deposit is exactly what gets credited to your account balance.
Accepted deposit methods including FPX (online bank transfer via major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods listed in your account's deposit section. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit processing: Deposits are typically processed shortly after confirmation is received. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to full account verification. Withdrawal limits vary by method and account VIP level. greatm8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals for security and compliance purposes. Withdrawals to a bank account or digital wallet must be made to a name matching the registered greatm8 account.
User responsibilities in transactions: Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or digital wallet details entered are accurate. greatm8 is not liable for failed transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Greatm8's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
Greatm8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Failure to verify identity or provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe;
- Maintaining multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-user policy;
- Instructions from a competent authority or compliance with applicable laws.
Account Closure by User
Users may request closure of their own account by contacting greatm8 customer support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled. Any valid account balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, subject to the required identity verification.
Effects of Account Closure
When an account is closed — whether at the user's request or by the platform's decision — all unredeemed bonuses, unused VIP points, and any associated programme benefits will be automatically forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from greatm8. Platform Liability Limits
Greatm8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions, or technical failures. greatm8's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links and Services

Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. greatm8 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any associated third parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
